1. How to Register / Login?

   The registration is a one time process to become a member of the Innovation Channel on Logica TV and is done by clicking on the Register button which is available on top and also on the right hand of your Innovation Channel home page. Once registeration is complete you can use the Login button on the right hand of your Innovation Channel home page. By becoming a member you will be able to fully integrate the community and to actively participate by viewing the contents, providing your comments, rating the content, creating your personal playlist, etc

   

   1. Register

      To register, the following form needs to be filled out. The Register page is opened once you click on the Register button which is available on top and also on the right hand of your Innovation Channel home page.

      

   2. Login

      If you are a registered user, just click on Login button on the right hand of your Innovation Channel home page which diverts you to another page. To connect and view the web tv as a member, fill in the login and password on the next page.

2. How to navigate through the content of the WebTV

   There are three key areas in which the videos have been classified, wherein a video can also feature in more than one category.

   1. Navigation per topics

      You can narrow your search by going through the topics to find your video. The three categories to differentiate the contents can be found on the menu on the top of the video table

      • Content per Innovation centre (E&U Portugal, Mobility India, Payments - NL, Public Sector, Across Vertical - UK)
      • Content per Industry (Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Transport, etc)
      • Content per In News (Current Happenings, Spark Centre News, Logica Spark News, etc)
      • All

      

   2. Gallery

      A gallery under the video enables to:

      • See videos classified per type by other users (most recent, most watched, most commented and best ranked), it can be found on the top left of the gallery which falls below the Program Schedule on the home page. This list allows discovering the videos that were appreciated by other users, or the one which have received the most comments. This scrolling list shows you the most community videos on all aspects.
      • If you know the name of the video and its author, enter it in the search engine which can be found on the top in the middle of the gallery.
      • If you want to see the whole content of the WebTV, Manually select a video by clicking on the arrows situated both on the left and the right to show other videos.

      

   3. Tag Cloud

      A Tag Cloud is generated using the reference from the key words assigned to the video by the administrator.. The tag cloud also help in finding videos by just clicking on the name. It can be found on the bottom right of the home page.

      Tags is a cloud showing the tags by “heaviness”. The heaviness is the number of times a tag is used to describe one of the content of the WebTV. The heaviest contents are shown in yellow in the tags cloud.

3. How to send a link of a video to a friend or a colleague?

   If you think that this content might interest your friends then you can forward it to them by simply clicking on the “envelop” situated on the bottom right hand corner of the video.

   

   A new window will open with the title of the mail and the link of this content. You just need to fill in the email address of your friend and mail him.

   

   If a content might interest a friend of yours, do not hesitate to forward him the content.This helps in creating a community around a video and its author. This way, the user can communicate with persons being « fans » of this content and find other similar contents.

4. How to get the embed code of the video?

   If you think that this content corresponds to your website and you wish to have the same on it then click on the “double arrow” on the bottom right hand corner of the video.

   

   A new window will appear on the video, copy the content of the Embed field and paste it in the page of your choice.

5. How to subscribe to a RSS feed?

   If you want to instantaneously be aware of the new content on the platform? Subscribe to the RSS flux by clicking on the RSS button situated on the right of the gallery.

6. How to rate content?

   If you want to give your opinion on the videos and would want to share it with other users, then Vote! In order to vote, you need to use the stars being on the top right corner of it. The more stars your put, the higher the rating of the video will be.

   

   The higher the rating a video has, the more users will watch it.

7. Why I am not able to watch the entire video at times?

   Because the video is set as protected in the backoffice. A message is prompted to the user to login to see the whole content

8. How to contact someone from Logica?

   You want a quick answer to one of your questions concerning this web TV? Click on the link “Contact” in the banner menu in the top right corner.

   

   A new window will appear, please fill in the requested fields (Email, subject of the message), an email will directly be sent to Logica and you will receive a personalized answer.
